Infrared Pro — Bluetooth Audio Won't Connect

Your Infrared Pro has a built-in Bluetooth speaker system so you can stream audio during a session. Pairing takes a few seconds — here's how to connect, and what to try if it won't.

Pairing your phone

  1. Power on the sauna.
  2. Open the Bluetooth menu on your phone and scan for nearby devices.
  3. Select the sauna's audio system from the list. (If you're not sure which entry is yours, check your assembly manual for the exact device name.)
  4. Start playing something and confirm it comes through the speakers.

If it won't connect or play

The sauna isn't in my Bluetooth list. The system pairs with one device at a time and won't appear as available while another phone is still connected. Ask anyone nearby to disconnect, or power the sauna off and back on to clear the connection, then scan again.

It pairs but there's no sound. That usually points to the speakers or their wiring rather than the Bluetooth link itself. See Speaker Has No Sound for the connection checks.

Everything else works but Bluetooth doesn't at all. If the sauna heats and runs normally but won't pair with any device, the Bluetooth module inside the control box may need attention. Reach out to us.
