How is it shipped and where do you ship too?
We ship all across North America from our facility in Mississauga, Ontario and Miramichi, New Brunswick.
Note the delivery is offloading via a crane, as such two weeks prior to delivery we organize a meeting to ensure the proper equipment arrives on site the day of delivery to place the unit in its desired location.
The unit ships fully assembled via flatbed.
Does the sauna need to be assembled?
All Fortis saunas arrive onsite, preassembled, with the heater and the entire unit ready to be wired upon delivery.

What will I receive with my order?
- 1x Thermasol sauna
- 1x 8kW Harvia Vitra heater
- 1x Sauna accessory kit (ladle, bucket and temperature gauge)
- 2x Calore sauna hats

What are the electrical requirements for a Calore sauna?
For all electrical heaters you will require a 240v outlet, and a 30amp breaker.
If you choose one of our electric heating options, you will also require a certified electrician for the installation. If you require recommendations on a certified electrician Calore has an extensive network of certified sauna assemblers around Canada who we would be happy to refer.
What is expected of me when I receive my Calore sauna?
As all Thermasol units arrive fully assembled, all that is expected of you is to call you certified electrician in order wire the heater, and prepare the area ahead of delivery.
The path from delivery point to placement site must be clear and accessible for equipment. Saunas should be installed on a firm, level surface with slight runoff for drainage—such as concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel.
All units are shipped via a flatbed. Customers are notified two weeks in advance to prepare the site prior to the crane being used for delivery.
