Infrared Pro — Breaker Trips When Running

A tripping breaker almost always means the sauna is sharing a circuit or the circuit is undersized.

  • Make sure the sauna is on its own dedicated circuit, not shared with other appliances.
  • Remove any extension cord or power bar — plug directly into the wall.
  • If it's on a GFCI outlet that trips repeatedly, have an electrician confirm the circuit and outlet are correctly rated. See Electrical Requirements.

If the breaker still trips on a dedicated circuit, stop using the sauna and contact us.
