How is it shipped and where do you ship too?
We ship all across North America from our facility in Mississauga, Ontario and Miramichi, New Brunswick.
A forklift is recommended for unloading; however, saunas can also be offloaded manually, piece by piece, with the help of 3–4 people in approximately 30–60 minutes. Many customers have successfully used this method.
Note a Calore representative will reach out two weeks prior to delivery to organize a meeting and ensure a smooth delivery process.

What will I receive with my order?
- 1x Thermasol sauna
- 1x 9.0kW Harvia Vitra heater

What are the electrical requirements for a Calore/Thermasol sauna?
For all electrical heaters you will require a 240v outlet, and a 40amp breaker.
Yyou will also require a certified electrician for the installation. If you require recommendations on a certified electrician Calore has an extensive network of certified sauna assemblers around Canada who we would be happy to refer.
What is expected of me when I receive my Calore sauna?
All that is expected of you is to call you certified electrician in order wire the heater, and prepare the area ahead of delivery. Prior to delivery a Calore representative will reach out to ensure a smooth delivery of your unit.
Once delivered you will require either an installer to assemble the unit, or you can assemble yourself via the instruction manual.
The path from delivery point to placement site must be clear and accessible for equipment. Saunas should be installed on a firm, level surface with slight runoff for drainage—such as concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel.
All units are shipped via a flatbed. Customers are notified two weeks in advance to prepare the site prior to the crane being used for delivery.
