Exclusive Canadian HarviaCommercial Partner
Calore credentials: Exclusive Canadian commercial Harvia partner. In-house engineering. Designed and built in Canada. Nationwide delivery and install.
You don't have to design it — we do
You want a sauna designed specifically for your space, not a room you add a heater to and a contractor guessing ventilation, heat load and which lumber to use.
Every build starts with our in-house engineer, who turns your space and goals into a real design and spec using Grade-A Canadian western red cedar.
Designed and manufactured locally in Canada, with Canadians.

Every choice, walked through with you
A custom sauna is a series of decisions. Here are the big ones — and none of them are yours to make alone.

Indoor or outdoor
An indoor room built into your space, or a standalone outdoor structure engineered for the Canadian climate.

Electric, wood-burning or infrared
Traditional electric or wood-fired löyly, or full-spectrum infrared — matched to your users and your build.

Bespoke wood species & grades
Direct sawmill relationships mean species and grades most builders can't get — specified to your look and budget.

Glass fronts, benching & layout
Full-glass façades, custom benching and layouts — built around sightlines, capacity and use.

Cold-plunge pairing
Custom cold plunges built to sit alongside your sauna — the full hot-and-cold ritual in one space.
If you can picture it, we can spec it.
Lighting, controls, sound, ventilation, changing space — every detail is part of the design conversation.
One partner for the whole recovery circuit
For the full contrast therapy offering "hot-cold offering" in the nordic circuit, we offer custom cold plunges — designed, built and installed with local regulations in mind.
For hotels, spas and gyms, these are end-to-end commercial wellness builds custom engineered to fit your space.
- Sauna and cold plunge, designed as one contrast-therapy circuit
- Bundle existing cold plunge products — or a custom commercial cold plunge
- One partner, one install, one warranty — no juggling vendors
The whole ritual, from one team.

Engineered for your exact space
Before a single board is cut, your build is drawn, specified and engineered in-house.
We size the heat load, plan the airflow, detail the benching and confirm materials — so it fits the room, performs for years and meets the standard the space demands.
One engineer. Your drawings. No guesswork.
The only-in-Canada commercial Harvia partnership
Calore is the exclusive Canadian commercial partner for Harvia — the world's most trusted name in sauna heat.
For operators, that's genuine commercial-grade Harvia heat — engineered into your build and supported here in Canada, not grey-market or improvised. A level of reliability and backing most builders here can't match.

Proof, not promises

"I had a custom indoor sauna created on a recommendation from a medical practitioner, on the basis it would be good for my heart. Kendal and the Calore team were helpful during the process, from end to end."
"Fully outfitted our outdoor spa with Calore products — they helped us design, deliver and install from start to finish when we were first setting up our business. We had some unique designs to work out; the staff were very knowledgeable, and quick to help when needed. Will purchase from again as we expand."
"Did a lot of research looking for a sauna solution for my rental property — 10/10 satisfied. I had some unique requirements for my space, and Bernie was very helpful walking me through the design. This is not an ordinary off-the-shelf sauna."
Commercial & custom sauna FAQs
How much does a custom sauna cost?
Custom Calore builds start from $14,999 CAD. The final figure depends on size and capacity, indoor vs outdoor, wood species and grade, heat type, glass and benching, finishes, and any cold-plunge pairing or site requirements. Because every build is designed to your space, we quote each project individually — a short consultation gets you a real number.
Is it cheaper to build a custom sauna or buy a prefab unit?
A prefab unit can be cheaper up front, but it's a fixed box — you accept its size, layout, materials and heat. A custom build is engineered to your space, your users and your standard, using materials most retailers can't offer, and it's designed to perform under the use you'll actually put it through. For commercial operators and homeowners who care about fit, longevity and brand, custom is usually the better long-term value.
How long does a commercial sauna last?
A well-built sauna made with quality materials and maintained properly can last 15–20 years or more. Because we build with commercial-grade components and Grade-A Canadian cedar — and back it with warranty and aftercare — a Calore commercial sauna is designed for years of heavy, daily use.
Will a custom sauna fit my space?
Yes — that's the point of custom. Our in-house engineer designs to your exact dimensions, whether it's an indoor room conversion, a tight commercial footprint or a standalone outdoor structure. We work with the space you have rather than forcing you into a fixed size.
Do your commercial saunas meet building codes?
Our commercial builds are engineered to commercial specification and built with commercial-grade components, and we work alongside your team on the requirements for your facility and jurisdiction. Share your project details in a consultation and we'll walk through what your build needs.
How long does design and installation take?
Timelines vary with the scope and complexity of the build and your site — typically anywhere from 4 to 18 weeks. After the consultation and design stage, we'll give you a clear schedule for fabrication, delivery and installation.
Do you deliver and install across Canada?
Yes. We design, deliver and install saunas nationwide — coast to coast. Wherever your property is in Canada, we manage the build from consultation through commissioning.
What can actually be customized?
Effectively everything: indoor or outdoor, size and capacity, wood species and grade, heat type (electric, wood-burning or infrared), glass fronts, benching and layout, lighting, controls, ventilation, and cold-plunge pairing. If you can picture it, it's part of the design conversation.
What warranty and support do you offer?
Warranty coverage varies case by case depending on the type of unit, and every build is backed by ongoing expert support from our team. You can find more about our warranty policy here.
