Infrared Pro — Speaker Has No Sound

If your phone pairs successfully but one or both speakers stay silent, the problem is usually a loose connection rather than a failed speaker. Work through the checks below before assuming a part needs replacing.

Before you start: photograph or film each step for your warranty record, and unplug the sauna before touching any wiring.

Check the connections

  1. Control box: remove the roof topper panel and, from a ladder, find the speaker connector on the control box. Press it in firmly to be sure it's fully seated.
  2. At each speaker: trace the wires running to each speaker. If a lead looks detached where it joins the speaker, stop and contact us — that needs to be repaired before you go any further.
  3. In-line connectors: follow the speaker wiring across the roof (it may sit under a wire-channel cover) and confirm every connector along the run is firmly mated.

If every connection is solid and a speaker still produces no sound, it likely needs to be replaced. Contact us to arrange a replacement.
