Cold Plunge Shipping

How do you ship, and what does that look like?

Our saunas, hot tubs and cold plunges ship in wooden crates. The crate is delivered either curbside by one of our freight partners, or to the nearest depot for pickup. Delivery is by appointment — the carrier contacts you to arrange a time. If delivered to a depot, a forklift will be on site to load the crate onto your vehicle. Accessory items are packed inside the crate (if combined with a sauna or cold plunge order) or shipped separately in cardboard boxes to your door.

How much does shipping cost?

Depot shipping is FREE and included in the price of all saunas and cold plunges. For delivery directly to your door, contact us or check our shipping calculator for a quote.

Where do you ship to?

Calore ships Canada- and USA-wide.

Can I pick the order up myself?

Yes! Pick up from our warehouse in Miramichi, NB. To arrange a pickup from our warehouse or a shipping depot, please call one of our product experts.
