Infrared Pro — Not Heating or Slow to Reach Temperature

If the sauna powers on but isn't heating or is slow to reach temperature:

  • Allow enough pre-heat time — give it 10–20 minutes with the door closed.
  • Make sure the temperature on the control panel is set high enough and a session time is set.
  • Keep the door fully closed during pre-heat and use.
  • Confirm the sauna is on a dedicated circuit — a shared circuit can limit power. See Electrical Requirements.
  • Remember infrared warms your body directly, so the air feels cooler than a traditional sauna even when everything is working normally.

If one area stays cold, see Uneven heat or a zone not warming. Still not heating? Contact us.
