Infrared Pro — Uneven Heat or a Zone Not Warming

If one heater zone doesn't seem to be warming up:

• Give the sauna a full warm-up cycle — some heaters ramp up faster than others.
• Check that nothing (a towel, robe or mat) is covering or blocking a heater panel.
• Power the sauna off at the breaker, wait a minute, then restart.
• Note which panel or zone stays cool so we can help you quickly.
