For your convience we offer depot shipping as a cost-effective way to get your product to you. This means your order is shipped to a local shipping depot for you to pick up at your earliest convienece. In order to pickup your order, when you arrive at the depot address given to you, a fork lift operator will greet you and help to load it in the back of your truck or trailer. All of our crates are designed to fit in the back of the standard pickup truck box or trailer, making for a seamless experience for you. By shipping to a depot, this allows us to offer fast and economic shipping, getting your Calore cold plunge in you hands, and to your yard.

Can it be used inside and outside?
Our premium cold plunges are built to withstand all elements, and all climates. They can be used both inside and outside, rain or shine, cold or hot.
Does it freeze during the winter?
No! All premium cold plunges are designed with both a "hot" and "cold" setting (yes, you could use this as a hot tub) intentionally in order to ensure cold plunges kept in cold climates maintain optimal ice cold temperatures without freezing solid.
In cold climates, in order to ensure the water does not freeze, please leave running at all times.
