How often do I need to change my filters?
This highly depends on the amount of use in your cold plunge, however Calore recommends changing filters at least every 8-12 weeks.
How long does it take to change the filters?
The filters take ~2-minutes to change.
Do the 20-micron filters work in other cold plunges?
Yes. The 20-micron filters are a universal size, designed to fit Calore cold plunges, along with most other brands.
Are they machine washable?
Yes. The water filter replacement can be washable multiple times, but it's working effectively while the cartridge itself is not dirty, or following the change-out cycle we recommend to avert re-contamination of filtered water.
