Common issues & fixes

Error message / symptom Likely cause Troubleshooting
Temperature input error The controller can't detect the temperature sensor. Check the sensor cable is plugged into the main module, inspect the cable for damage, and replace the sensor if the wiring is intact.
Door open error The door sensor detects an open door and stops heating. Make sure the door is latched shut, check that the door magnet aligns with the sensor, and disable "Door Sensor" in settings if one isn't installed.
Overheat protection The safety limit has been exceeded (usually 130°C+). Locate the temperature sensor near the ceiling, press the small reset button on the sensor housing, and check for adequate airflow.
Heater on / no heat The heater is active but the stones are cold. Check the circuit breaker for a tripped phase (if 3-phase), and inspect the heating elements — if they don't glow red, they may be burnt out.
Heats very slowly Airflow is restricted inside the heater. Don't pack the stones tightly; remove and re-stack them loosely so air can pass through the elements.
Black screen The console has no power or data. Check the data cable connecting the wall screen to the main relay box, then unplug main power, re-seat the cables and restart.
