What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all of our saunas, along with up to a 3-year warranty on our heaters. Please note that all sauna-heater warranties are handled directly with the manufacturer (Harvia and HUUM).

What is covered under your warranty policy?

For saunas, we cover the structure itself and any defects. We do not cover physical damage or standard wear and tear. See the full policy for complete details.
