Your Calore Red Light Therapy Panel ships ready to mount, with three mounting options so you can set it up to suit your space.

Mounting options

  • Door-mounted bracket: hangs the panel over a standard door — the easiest, most space-saving option.
  • Roller stand: a mobile stand you can roll between rooms and adjust for height.
  • Floor stand: a stable, free-standing base for a permanent spot.

Using your panel

Position yourself roughly 6–12 inches from the panel and start with shorter sessions, building up as you get comfortable. Consistency matters more than long sessions.
