Infrared Pro — Sauna Won't Turn On

If your Infrared Pro won't power on, work through these checks:

  • Confirm the sauna is plugged directly into a working wall outlet — test the outlet with another device.
  • Check that the breaker for that circuit hasn't tripped, and reset it if needed.
  • Make sure it isn't on an extension cord or power bar — plug directly into the wall.
  • Check the control panel's cable connection is seated, and that the power switch (if fitted) is on.
