Infrared Pro — Red Light Therapy Panels Aren't Working

If a red light therapy panel isn't turning on:

  • Confirm the sauna is powered and the panels are switched on where applicable.
  • Check that the panel's connection hasn't come loose — for example after assembly or moving the sauna.
  • Power off at the breaker, wait a minute, then restart.
