Commercial use is a different job

Why cheap units will cost you more

A sauna down for two days isn't an inconvenience. It's lost session revenue, refunded bookings, and members who stop asking.

Questions gym owners ask

What does it actually cost?

The Gym Recovery Suite starts at $16,500 CAD — Elite Luxury Plunge plus Infrared Pro. The Traditional Suite, with a Black Cedar Cabin sauna, starts at $20,950. A cold plunge alone is $10,250. Price moves with size, glass front, custom benching, accessories and install scope. Custom builds are quoted on the call. 0% APR financing is available for qualified buyers.

How much floor space do I need?

About ten feet by ten feet clears everything comfortably — the plunge is 6'8" × 2'9" × 3' tall and the Infrared Pro is 5'0" × 6'7", plus walking room. It can be tighter or larger depending on layout. We size it against your actual floor plan on the call.

Do I need plumbing, special electrical, or ventilation?

No plumbing — the plunge fills once and recirculates through micron filtration and ozone sanitation. Plunge and infrared both run on standard 120V outlets. Traditional cedar saunas require 240V; amperage varies by heater. No ventilation is required for infrared, and barrel and cabin saunas are freestanding units that stand in any room with power nearby. All heaters are Harvia and CSA certified.

How long from deposit to operating?

Delivery is 4–6 weeks year-round. Installation is the part that needs planning — our installer schedule fills quickly and capacity is tightest in Q4, so we book your install slot at the time of order. If you want it running for January, start the conversation now rather than in November.

What is the maintenance like, and do I have to staff it?

Heating and chilling are WiFi-controlled, so your team sets temperatures from a phone and nobody arrives early to preheat. Water is handled by replaceable micron filters and a continuous ozone sanitation system — no draining between users. Total operating cost is $125 a month for the plunge and $500 for the full suite. [VERIFY — filter and water change intervals.]

How do members book and pay for it?

Through the system you already run. Nearly every gym has booking and payments configured for classes and personal training — recovery becomes another bookable service, a membership add-on tier, or simply part of the membership if you would rather compete on amenities. No new software.

What if my members don't use it?

Set session revenue to zero in the calculator and it still pays for itself on new memberships alone — 28 new members at $50 a month covers the entry Suite. Per-session revenue is upside, not the premise. There is a 30-day refund window on the unit [VERIFY — terms], and every commercial customer is featured on our website and Canada-wide sauna map, which drives discovery traffic to your gym.

Can you build into a room we're already renovating?

Yes — that is our custom commercial route. Our in-house engineering team designs to the exact space, at any scale from a two-person unit to a forty-person room, with bespoke benching, glass, lighting and layout. Bring your floor plan to the call.
